Strange Jitter….

This fall has been special, its been unusually cold, I have been wearing pullovers as the mercury seems to take a nose dive. Besides this fall has brought with it a special revival of a feeling a thing which had somehow fazed from me.
This came to the fore when I questioned my brother’s relationship with his friend last night.

Bellary Turning Red: Environmental Damage Due To Unethical Mining

The dust emanating from the illegal mining sites has covered the city in a hue of red; symbolic of how Bellary has bled over the past few years. Reportedly, 90% of the mining activities in Bellary are illegal. For authenticity, refer to the account information of the Reddy brothers. The rape of Bellary is characterized by the use of prime forest area for mining purposes; inefficient and unethical activities and, unplanned dumping of wastes.

International Economic Condition (Crude Oil Prices)

Sita is an old widow who lives in Faridabad. She has a son who works as a taxi driver in the NCR region. They earn just enough to suffice their one time meal. Her fruit and vegetable demand is met by the few pennies she earns by stitching. They are surviving in this world of cut throat competition but definitely not living up their lives. But now, the increase in crude oil prices and inflation are putting a question on their sole source of survival?

Save My Mother, Save My Earth

Give me some sunshine,
Give me some rain, give me another chance,
I wanna grow up once again.
My soul is in danger,
My beauty is plagued,
Give me another chance,
It’s enough of human rage.

Save your Friend

Mother Nature has created every single thing of our earth, and to connect us with each other she created a chain. In scientific term we call this chain the nature cycle or the food chain. We all are connected to each other through this chain, if one of us is going to miss, it is going to disturb the entire nature cycle.

The Right Factor

You wake up to his warmth in the morning, start your day with his smiles, avoid his anger at noon, play hide and seek with him throughout the day, and when you are fed up with his mood swings and give him that angry look, he parts ways in the twilight, calm and composed, like nothing ever happened, with a self satisfied smile that says “I’ll be back tomorrow!” Pleasant, irritable, warm, loving, angry, playful and sometimes murderous; it all depends on the sun’s mood, doesn’t it?

Honey, I’ve Shrunk the Earth!

The scenes in the movie 2012 horrify us as to, is it the truth? From scientists to astrologers are all trying to find out what exactly is going to happen but one thing we can’t deny, that for centuries and decades we are cutting the branch we are sitting on. From pollution to population explosion, from destruction in the rain forests to the melting glaciers in the Arctic, our environment is dying and we are dying with it. So far a few thousand seminars and international conferences have taken place to save Mother Earth. Today, I will bring up some few environmental issues that need immediate attention.

The Nature – Improper intervention in Nature

If we watch the creations of God Almighty, we would find that there are creatures that move on their belly, those who move on four legs, those who move on two legs, and those who move on innumerable legs. There are creatures that move on two legs when on the ground and also fly when in the air. These are the cases of animals and birds. But plants and trees also move upwards or along the ground.

The Earth Calls For Help

We laughed with you we had so much fun. We worshiped you for you gave us so much. Time changed and we learned to make funds. Oh! Sorry but you are now our medium of earning.

A Leaf from the Nature’s Book

In this age of blooming environmental awareness, scientists are forever looking for innovative and economic, alternate ways to produce energy. While some are actively seeking energy tools to find out where energy is going and what we can do to stop it from going there, some are looking for other renewable sources of energy like solar power. After all sunshine is free! And considering that more solar energy reaches Earth every year than the combined total of the total energy in all the fossil fuels in the ground, solar power seems to be the sensible choice. What remains to be done is to obtain a work-around to the current production of electricity, tweak it to perfection and get it out to people at economic rates.
