How often is it that we wished for something in life and didn’t get it? We all work hard in our own ways but how is it that some of us shine above the rest? To have an innovative idea is not enough, eventually it needs to be well-planned and well-executed.
YUVA, the entrepreneurship cell of Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies has come up with an innovative project- WYSIWYG. It’s simply an acronym for What You See Is What You Get, a conference organised on 6th October this year at The Westin Hotel, Gurgaon.
The one day conference will see two hundred select participants from across the nation, networking about out-of-the-box ideas, directing and implementing them. There will be an intellectually stimulating house with impacting speakers like Sachin Duggal, CEO Nivio and Karan Singh, the magician. It’s a conference of the “Outliers”- it’s for those who do.
Don’t expect a dull house full of drowsy people and one person singing a lullaby. No, this will be an action-packed interactive session with active participation of the audience, challenging every idea, notion and norm to overcome circumstances, to find solutions and execute novel ideas and beliefs.
An idea of what lies ahead can well be seen in the larger than life QR code made by the team in their college campus. The 1,089 square feet QR code can actually be scanned by smartphones. For its enormity, it has even received the Limca Book of Records’ certification, undoubtedly, for the largest QR code in the country.
With all this hysteria, the WYSIWYG conference is surely an event to watch out for.
