		<description><![CDATA[That is when you come to know what it means to be an average or below average citizen of this country which is an emerging economic power house. All the poor need to remove slums is an equal opportunity in education, skill development and employment. They will themselves demolish their slums. And every suburb needs public sanitation facilities accompanied by awareness programmes. Neither centre nor state governments are upto it. May be Railways can do something about it. They can think of sanitation infrastructure so that the traveller is able to enjoy the bountyness of the country, which is an equivalent of a continent in many ways.]]></description>
